Pilot Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the scale-up of processes in the production of cultivated meat by working in a clean room environment under GMP standards.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of cell lines and pilot-scale bioreactors.
- Work in collaboration with the R&D teams to optimize production processes.
- Participate in writing protocols and work procedures.
- Document and supervise the production process by using computerized systems.
- Prepare and document the production in batch manufacturing systems.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in biology, biotechnology, or another scientific or engineering field.
- Previous experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies (advantage).
- Previous experience working in a clean room or production environment (advantage).
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
- Strong technical skills (required).
- Proficient in English.
- Willingness to work in shifts as part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment (required).
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Monitor the electrical systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
- Responsible for repair and installation activities.
- Perform and report on daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure that plants and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support and solutions as required.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a mechanical or electrical practical engineer – a must!
- Certified electrician – a must!
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to track and report activities accurately.

Food Safety Specialist
Responsibilities:
Supplier and Material Certification:
- Manage supplier approval processes to meet food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Conduct supplier audits, perform risk assessments, and review supplier documentation.
- Review and approve raw material specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Food Safety Management:
- Lead supply chain risk management initiatives to ensure food safety across the supply chain.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety protocols in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, including those by customers and regulatory bodies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with R&D and production teams to integrate food safety requirements into products and processes.
- Advise procurement teams on food safety considerations for suppliers and raw materials.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to maintain alignment with industry best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date documentation system for approved suppliers and materials.

Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Facility Management:
– Manage building operations in collaboration with external facilities management providers, ensuring seamless and high-quality facility services.
– Oversee building services, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and support for all on-site operational needs.
- EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety):
– Implement EHS policies and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while fostering a culture of health and responsibility.
– Manage waste disposal processes, including hazardous waste, to meet environmental regulations and align with company sustainability goals.
- Maintenance:
– Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

- Supply Chain Management:
– Oversee procurement, storage, and logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely supply of materials.

– Reactivate and optimize the production line for efficient operation, including equipment layout, operational protocols, and transitioning from R&D to production.

Qualifications:

- Design, implement, and optimize scalable production processes for cultivated meat, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Document, analyze, interpret data, and effectively communicate results and knowledge.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both within R&D and with culinary experts, to achieve project objectives.
- Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions to leverage expertise and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Adhere to corporate standards, guidelines, and lab policies to maintain a safe and effective working environment.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Sciences, or a related field
