Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for repairing and installing activities
- Working in shifts or vigilance shifts as required
- Ensuring that all systems and equipment are in proper working order to support production
- Managing procurement activities in the maintenance department for services and equipment
- Supporting validation activities
- Working with computerized maintenance management systems and building control systems
- Managing and coordinating contractors’ and service providers’ activities
- Monitoring equipment spare parts inventory
- Performing and reporting on daily maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Certification as a mechanical or electrical practical engineer – mandatory
- Certified electrician – mandatory
- 5+ years’ experience in a maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to keep track of and report on activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with GMP
Research Associate
We are looking for a Research Associate to join our R&D team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the production process in lab-scale bioreactors
- Developing test methods to assess the production process
- Evaluating new technologies to improve the production process
- Initiating and generating ideas based on literature surveys and research
- Supporting the scale-up processes from lab scale to pilot plant
- Writing protocols and operating procedures, summarizing results, and maintaining appropriate records
Qualifications:
- At least an MSc in Science. In special cases, a relevant BSc will be considered
- 3 years of experience in developing processes in bioreactors for mammalian cell-based products are an advantage
