Open Roles
Procurement Buyer (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement operations within the organization and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Identify and engage suppliers, negotiate terms, monitor deliveries, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage procurement planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including R&D, production, regulatory affairs, and HR, to ensure efficient and well-organized procurement.
- Define purchasing requirements based on internal customer needs, source alternative suppliers, prioritize quotations, negotiate commercial terms, reduce costs, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, approve payments, and onboard new suppliers.
- Deep understanding of import and export processes, including classification of various materials such as hazardous substances, food products, and pharmaceuticals.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
- End-to-end procurement process ownership.
- Experience in supplier sourcing (local & international).
- Strong background in complex procurement processes, including international purchasing, import procedures, customs clearance, cost reduction, contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in PRIORITY ERP (purchase requests, orders, budget tracking, approved suppliers, reporting).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry – an advantage.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain and logistics challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders (production, planning, quality, maintenance, finance, etc.).
- High attention to detail, professionalism, creative problem-solving, data analysis, and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading & writing).

QC Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory and environmental tests to assess the quality of raw materials, production areas, processes, and finished products.
- Assist the QC Manager in developing and implementing laboratory methods, quality control procedures, and related documentation.
- Execute validation protocols for equipment and processes.
- Coordinate testing with external contract laboratories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a QC laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food industry.
- Experience with laboratory testing methods and equipment validation.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other relevant quality standards.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D.
Food Safety Specialist
Responsibilities:
Supplier and Material Certification:
- Manage supplier approval processes to meet food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Conduct supplier audits, perform risk assessments, and review supplier documentation.
- Review and approve raw material specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Food Safety Management:
- Lead supply chain risk management initiatives to ensure food safety across the supply chain.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety protocols in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, including those by customers and regulatory bodies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with R&D and production teams to integrate food safety requirements into products and processes.
- Advise procurement teams on food safety considerations for suppliers and raw materials.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to maintain alignment with industry best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date documentation system for approved suppliers and materials.

- Proven experience in supplier audits or certification processes — mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments.
