Making a healthier choice for the world beyond your table
Didier is a Food Engineer and Biologist who led two medical device companies and co-invented over 40 patent families; Co-Founder and CEO of IceCure – went public in 2010, and CEO of NLT Spine –acquired by SeaSpine in 2016. He was trained at AgroSup in Dijon, France, and was awarded with a specialized masters degree from ESCP Business School. Didier holds a joint Executive MBA degree from the Kellogg and Recanati business schools, USA and Israel.

Dr. Lavon is an expert in stem cell applications in biotechnology. Throughout her 20 years of experience, she held the position of the COO at Kadimastem (KDST), where she developed cell therapy products for ALS and Diabetes patients. Previously, she worked as a researcher in Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, USA, and established 25 novel pluripotent stem cell lines. Dr. Lavon holds a PhD in Genetics, an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a B.Sc. in Food Sciences from the Hebrew University, Israel.
Vice President of Research and Development
Prof. Levenberg is the Dean of the Biomedical Engineering Department at the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel. Her discoveries pertaining to vascularization of stem cell-derived tissue constructs have been discussed in leading journals such as Nature-Biotechnology, PNAS, Tissue Engineering, Circulation Research, and have left a significant imprint on the scientific community. Prof. Levenberg holds a PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and a Post-Doctorate from the MIT, USA. Levenberg was selected by "Scientific American" as one of the world's 50 leading scientists.

Eli is an experienced executive in the field of finance and accounting. He held key positions in various life-science and medical devices companies throughout his career, has been responsible for legal aspects, continuous work with legal advisors and board of directors, commercial activities and financial reporting. Eli is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Law and Accounting and an MBA degree, both from Tel-Aviv University, Tel-Aviv, Israel.
CFO
Gary is an executive with over 30 years of experience in building new ties with emerging markets and businesses worldwide, executing new product development, marketing and sales strategies for innovative, natural active ingredients and functional food and beverage companies. He was the Co- Founder of Solbar (Israel), where he built soy proteins & soy isoflavones businesses, creating a global network of strategic customers and distribution channels.
VP Market Development
Dr. Bakimer-Kleiner is a scientist and executive manager with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. She has amassed comprehensive knowledge in cell therapy, GMP manufacturing, immunology, autoimmunity and cell biology, and established the operations of Cognate Bioservices, Israel, where she served as the company's General Manager. Ronit holds a PhD from the Ben-Gurion University and was certified as Director and Officer in corporate companies from Lahav Executive Education TAU.
VP Regulatory Affairs, Product Quality & Safety
David is a Food Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the food industry as an R&D manger, Entrepreneurship and Scouting Manager, Applications Manager and Project Manager – developing food products in various segments (Baking, Extrusion, Protein Bars, Meat, Meat Analogues, Novel Protein Sources) with functional ingredients and plant proteins. Together with hands-on R&D work, he has been leading baking technology courses at leading universities and academic institutions.
